FAQs
Some frequently asked questions:
- What are the dimensions of the pattern?
-
There isn't a definitive width and height to this pattern, as it is truly random. The finished size depends on a few factors:
- Your fabric count,
- How long you decide to stitch for ( eg: 1 month or 1 year ) and
- What you randomly roll!
So that's a hard one to answer.
- Do I have to use a D20? I only have a 6-sided dice.
-
No, of course not! However, you can use any online dice rolling feature (such as Google's virtual dice) if you don't mind that.
If you would rather use a 6-sided dice, however, I recommend the following:
- Removing four of your least favourite flower patterns and numbering the remaining flowers 3-18.
- Rolling the D6 three times and totalling the numbers together. This will give you a number between 3-18.
- Doing the same with the colours (Ideally 4 of the same hue)
This won't be as truly random as rolling a D20 but it's just an idea!
