Mental Health: Happiness – Free Cross-Stitch Pattern
In honour of World Mental Health Day, I’m happy to release this free cross-stitch pattern called "Mental Health: Happiness." This beginner-friendly design features a beautiful, different, circular rainbow background with the words "I Deserve Happiness" and a small smiley face to brighten up your day. It’s a gentle reminder to everyone that we all deserve happiness and kindness, especially to ourselves.
Within the pattern file, you'll also find the option to customise the wording from "I Deserve Happiness" to "We Deserve Happiness," if you’d like to make this message a collective affirmation.
This pattern is my way of spreading positivity and encouraging conversations about mental health. If you're feeling anxious, depressed, or having suicidal thoughts, please know it's okay to talk to someone. Reaching out for help is not a sign of weakness—it's a sign of strength.
You are loved, you are wanted, and the world is a better place with you in it. If you’re worried about harming yourself or someone else, I urge you to seek professional help.
